Our housekeepers are the real deal. We have impeccably high standards when hiring and training our Hometime housekeepers. The housekeeping team has been sourced from 5 star hotels such as the Hilton and Intercontinental, and as such have an incredible eye for detail.
They’ll also dress your property with freshly laundered linens, fluffy towels, and bespoke toiletries to ensure every guest has a comfortable stay.
A specialist Hometime account manager will schedule an onboarding session with you and a photographer at your property. Upon inspecting the property, your account manager will then document how everything works and where everything is placed in your property, to ensure our guest team has all of the information they need! Your account manager will also bring two lockboxes to be installed at your property.
We want you to be comfortable with who stays in your home. So, while we respond to every booking request within minutes, we only accept requests from guests who fit your criteria, like those with positive reviews and no pets.
