What are guest expectations?
When staying at your home, guests are likely to view it as ‘theirs’ for the duration of their stay. They may open cupboards, drawers, wardrobes and expect to be able to use them. We advise you to remove anything from the property that you would not want guests to use or otherwise misplace.
When booking a property, guests expect that it will be presented to a certain standard. Wifi, toilet brushes for each toilet, a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, iron and ironing board, mop and bucket, vacuum, hair dryer, doonas for each sleeping surface, two pillows for each sleeping service.
