We understand your circumstances can change and that you want to enjoy the benefit of flexibility the short-term market offers. As such, Hometime does not have any lock in contracts, the contract is non binding and hosts are able to leave Hometime at any time.
Absolutely! You would simply need to provide us with the dates you would like to use your property and we will block out your calendar so no guests can book those dates. We will then organise to have the property cleaned and linen replaced after your stay to ensure your property is back to being guest ready.
