Your dedicated property manager will schedule an onboarding session with you, one of our specialists and a professional photographer. Your onboarder will also bring two lockboxes to be installed close to your home. The onboarding process is imperative to your listings success. The information that we gather about your property enables our guest services team to immediately and accurately respond to guest concerns and questions.
